You can pay for the products on this website VIA BANK CARD (Paystack) or BANK TRANSFER to either our Stanbic IBTC or WEMA bank accounts - whatever is easiest for you. Simply transfer your balance to the bank of your choice at checkout after reviewing your shopping cart, and follow the instructions.
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact via WhatsApp on +233502734866 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org about the problem.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept refunds of opened packages. However, if your product is faulty, please WhatsApp us on +233502734866 or email us on email@example.com as soon as possible, and we will assist in finding an immediate solution for you. Please do double check the details in the description section of what you are purchasing, to understand your contents of your package.
What Locations Do You Deliver To?
Deliveries within Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt are made the NEXT WORKING DAY after your order is processed and payment is confirmed, and 2-5 working days to locations outside Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. We deliver to all major parts of Nigeria via third party logistics.
During Sales / Promotion periods, please allow an additional day for deliveries due to the high volume of orders.
Are deliveries made by Colorbox Cosmetics Couriers?
Currently, we have employed the services of MFT Logistics to ensure delivery all your #CBGoodies to major cities in Nigeria. MFT work with 3rd party logistic companies to ensure safe delivery.
How do I know when my order is confirmed and sent out for delivery?
Once your order has been placed and completed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with your Order Number.
Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a call and SMS once your order has been picked for delivery.
Please take note that deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday in Lagos Abuja and Port Harcourt (Not on Saturday’s for outside these 3 cities). If your order was placed on weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day and sent out for delivery.
The time periods stated for deliveries begin when the courier services pick up your package for delivery.

Do you offer express delivery services?
We do offer express delivery service at a higher fee. Kindly take note the cut-off time for express orders is 12 NOON so please ensure to place your order beforehand to enable delivery on time and serve you like the queen you are.
We also offer Saturday Delivery services only for Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt.
During Sales and New Launches, delivery will be slightly delayed due to the higher volume of orders. We will aim to urge the delivery company to ensure fast and safe delivery. For further details on our shipping / delivery policy, please visit our Legal page.
Your delivery details will be communicated to you via SMS and a Phone Call on the day of delivery so it is advisable to please keep your phone close to you during the period of delivery to ensure a smooth, stress-free drop off.
If your package is not delivered on time for reasons beyond our control such as weather or external partnerships issues, please alert us immediately via WhatsApp on +233502734866 and we will do all we can to assist in finding an alternative suitable solution.
